Supporting over 500,000 users worldwide, OneFile is a leading learning and development software – and winner of the 2017 Queens Award for Innovation.

We’re the only learning platform that brings training and assessment together – allowing users to track their entire learning journey from initial enrolment to end-point assessment.

OneFile was founded 12 years ago by a former assessor to tackle the growing inefficiencies across the vocational training sector. After over a decade of innovation and development, OneFile has grown to become a multi-faceted learning platform, with more features than any other on the market. OneFile is a training eportfolio, an assessment software, a CPD tracker, a dynamic reporting suite and a virtual learning environment  – so users can access all the training tools they need in one place.
