What you'll be doing...

Working with our product and technology teams to design and build software that will make waves for learners the world over. You'll be expected to collaborate with others, strive for continuous self-improvement and demonstrate your can-do attitude in line with our company values. The ideal candidate would be comfortable using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and work on multiple projects simultaneously. We always have loads of projects on the go, so you will work on different squads from mobile app development to creating brand new products.


  • Understand product road maps and translate them into long-term as well as short-term research plans.
  • Plan and conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods from ethnographic field observation to the occasional survey.
  • Engage moderate user testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept evaluation, field research and survey design.
  • Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management.
  • Experience in creating and revising information architecture documents, mock-ups and diagrams including but not limited to: user task flows, wireframes, comprehensive diagrams and rapid prototypes.

Experience/skills required:

  • Working in product development/design environment.
  • Confident in conducting usability testing and/or research.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Axure and/or comparable prototyping software.
  • Knowledge of user-centred design principles.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work.
