"Moving to an eportfolio is the best thing we have ever done... I would recommend OneFile!"
Acacia Training started to implement OneFile in 2014, focusing on the Health and Social Care and Childcare sectors. They offer apprenticeships and learning loan qualifications, and are now looking to move onto the trailblazer apprenticeship standards.

OneFile was recommended to us through a partner we work with.

“We use all the software within OneFile – from forms to centre templates. It allows us to track progression accurately so we know where our learners are up to and can set appropriate targets for Tutor Assessors.”

OFSTED inspections are easy.

“We went through Ofsted in late January 2016 and have had numerous awarding body visits too. With OneFile, the auditors can easily access learner accounts to see how they are doing.”

Improvements all round

“Learner progression is key to everything we do, so the main benefit of OneFile is the reporting tool. We can generate clear reports on each learner and give them the support they need. We have also saved money as the IQA team can now work from home and access files remotely – employers are able to see for themselves how staff are doing.”

We’ve all learnt new skills.

“In the beginning, a lot of support was required. Our TAs are not ICT literate, so as a company and as a sector it was a bit of a learning curve. The OneFile support has been excellent – being able to pick up the phone and get the support you need is a huge benefit.”

I would recommend OneFile.

“The best thing we ever did was move to an eportfolio system. It allows managers to have a clear understanding of how each learner is progressing in real-time. We are no longer reliant on tutor assessors telling us where our learners are up to – we know!” “
