Since the apprenticeship reforms came into place in 2017, the sector has had to adapt to a host of major changes. Large employers have started paying the apprenticeship levy, training providers have adapted to the new apprenticeships standards, and learners now have to take an end-point assessment to pass their apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships have changed, so OneFile has changed too. We want to make sure our users have everything they need to deliver outstanding apprenticeship standards, so we've developed a suite of features that make it easier for all our users to manage the entire apprenticeship journey – from initial enrolment to end-point assessment.

Assessment eportfolio

Apprentices can use OneFile's eportfolio to record evidence against each KSB in the standard – creating a portfolio of evidence to showcase during EPA. Tutors can track progress at a glance using live progress dashboards and monitor activity, performance and engagement using the built-in reporting suite. Tutors can still plan teaching and learning, set activities and provide online feedback to help apprentices progress on programme.

Course builder

With OneFile's course builder, you can create your own interactive learning content or import SCORM packages. Content is mapped to criteria so progress is automatically tracked as learners progress. You can create custom quizzes, mock exams and multiple choice questions in minutes. These quizzes are ideal for testing learner performance throughout their qualification, and ensure they're ready to pass their EPA.

New standards

Our in-house standards team can build bespoke standards to suit your needs. We also have 100s of the new standards already uploaded into OneFile, so they're ready to go when you are!

Off-the-job training tracker

We've developed our timesheet feature so apprentices can track their off-the-job training within their eportfolio. They can input their learning activity, where it took place, how long it took and a description to evidence their work. Employers can also report on the activity to monitor how their apprentices are progressing
