Following the first session in our two-part series, this webinar continues the discussion around apprenticeship units, building on the insights shared and exploring how the sector can approach them with confidence, consistency and clarity. As organisations begin to shape their approach, this session brings together perspectives from across the landscape to reflect on emerging practices, shared challenges, and what high-quality delivery looks like in action. Offering the awarding organisation perspective, Phil Carswell, Standardisation and Implementation Manager at Highfield Assessment, will share insights into best practice for Apprenticeship Units across design, quality assurance, and implementation planning. He will also highlight the important role of employers in shaping effective delivery, exploring how consistent approaches, strong frameworks, and clear guidance can support quality outcomes and build confidence across the sector. From Onefile’s perspective, Josh Redmayne, VP of Research & Development, will continue the conversation by sharing how apprenticeship units can be supported within delivery, aligning with programme aims while maintaining a streamlined, compliant learner experience. Together, this session aims to provide a balanced and practical view, supporting providers and employers as they navigate apprenticeship units and embed approaches that work for their organisation and their learners.
