She works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes for customers while supporting scalable, efficient ways of working across the business.

James brings a wealth of experience across education, technology and commercial leadership. Having started his career in the classroom, he has spent many years working across the education sector, progressing through commercial roles into senior leadership positions.

Passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams, James has a strong track record of building commercial strategies that drive consistency, accountability and sustainable growth.

James leads our Customer Revenue & Retention function, overseeing account management, customer success, retention and growth initiatives to ensure our customers continue to achieve the greatest value from Onefile.

Helen Doran is Director of Product at Onefile. She has over 18 years of experience in educational product development, management and edtech. Her career has included roles based in the UK, Singapore and Australia creating learning solutions for students and educators across the globe. 

Javier is Onefile’s Director of Software and Development, leading the technical vision and delivery across our product suite. With a passion for robust, user-focused solutions, he’s driven key platform improvements and champions modern, scalable software practices.

Jade is Onefile’s Customer Service Manager, bringing over 11 years of industry experience. She leads the award-winning Support team, champions user experience, and drives continuous improvement to ensure the platform meets the needs of every user.

Nic brings 30+ years in education and leads all Onefile training and onboarding, supporting every customer with expertise and a passion for their success. She’s always ready to share her knowledge and help others thrive.

Andrew is a Business Development Manager at Onefile with a background across independent training providers, FE and the wider skills sector. Passionate about building genuine partnerships and supporting digital learning.

With more than 12 years of experience in customer success and account management, Jenny has built her career around one core principle: putting customers at the heart of everything she does. She is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and creating experiences that deliver genuine, lasting value.

Lee is Onefile’s Infrastructure Manager with over 20 years of IT experience. Since 2018, he has maintained the company’s technical reliability, leading the infrastructure team and driving continual improvement. He is committed to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and finding better solutions

Jason has been with us for nearly 10 years. He supports customers across FE/HE, the NHS, and Police forces, helping them get the most from our software. Starting as an apprentice in 2009, he later became a tutor and internal quality assurer. He is passionate about apprenticeships and edtech.
