Yes, Onefile has several features that can help with tailoring a learner’s journey. Consider our RPL (recognition of prior learning) tool, which highlights the learner's prior skills through to the Eportfolio where tailored learning plans can be developed for both individual learners and bigger cohorts. As well as this, Onefile can be used to continually check in with the learner using the scorecard and review features. 

Onefile understands that learners come with varying levels of IT proficiency, and we have implemented several strategies and features to make the platform as accessible and user-friendly as possible, even for those not familiar with computers and software. Our intuitive user interface is clean, uncluttered and easy to navigate. Key functions are clearly labelled and visually prominent.  

The platform is designed around the core tasks of an Eportfolio, such as uploading evidence, tracking progress and communicating. This streamlined approach means learners don't get bogged down with overly complex features. We give learners a clear picture of their progress, with features such as ‘gap analysis’ and ‘overall progress’ dials that provide a clear, visual representation of where a learner is in their journey. Yes, Onefile is specifically designed with features that can significantly help colleges navigate complex funding rules and ensure they are providing the right information for applications and audits, particularly those related to the Department for Education (DfE), formerly Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). Onefile allows you to collect all the individualised learner record (ILR) data required for submission to the DfE in one centralised place. This streamlines the process and reduces the risk of missing information. 

Crucially, OneFile's ILR module is designed to validate learner data against the DfE's latest apprenticeship funding rules (and other relevant funding streams). This means it can flag potential errors or compliance issues before you submit your ILR, helping you prevent funding clawbacks. 

Our ILR Tracker application integrates with our Eportfolio, meaning learner activity and progress captured in the Eportfolio can feed into the ILR data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
