The Fusion Dashboard is the latest enhancement to our flagship Eportfolio solution, providing assessors with smarter tools for managing learners and streamlining their daily tasks. This update reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience. 

Who is Fusion for?

Initially, the Fusion Dashboard is available to assessors. It can be enabled through the Integration Hub in either the Live or Practice environment. Once activated, it becomes accessible from the left navigation bar in the Keychain.

• Quick Access to Learners: Navigate directly to a learner's dashboard or portfolio in just a few clicks. 
• Improved Task Management: Easily view and act on outstanding tasks and assessments requiring your input. 
• Centralised Messaging: Quickly access unread messages for efficient communication. 
• Unified Accounts: Manage all your assessor accounts from a single dashboard. 

Intuitive Widgets 

The dashboard includes a range of widgets to provide assessors with real-time updates and easy access to key information: 

• Outstanding Tasks: Displays the number of tasks requiring attention, with a link to the Task page. 
• Unread Messages: View the number of unread messages and navigate directly to them. 
• Assessments Requiring Action: Features both a number widget and a list widget for a detailed view of assessments, with direct links to specific items. 
• My Learners: A list widget showing your learners, with options to drill into their dashboards or view all learners in one place. 

How to Enable Fusion Dashboards 

Enabling the Fusion Dashboard is simple and ensures users can access a modernised interface with streamlined navigation. Follow these steps to enable the feature: 

1. Log in to your Integration Hub. 
2. Navigate to the Customer Level Integrations section. 
3. Locate the Fusion Dashboards integration. 
4. Toggle the Enable Integration button to activate the feature for your organisation. 

Once enabled, users with an active dashboard will be able to access it via their keychain navigation. 

The Fusion Dashboard provides assessors with quick access to key learner information, outstanding tasks, and other crucial features designed to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. With a modern interface and intuitive navigation, it's an essential upgrade for any organisation.
