Onefile supports 2026 Top Apprenticeship Employer Rankings as an official sponsor

And, in line with this commitment, we’re thrilled to be announced as an official sponsor of the UK Government’s coveted Top Apprenticeship Employer rankings 2026.

The rankings celebrate those employers across England who have created quality training opportunities for young people, driving economic growth through their apprentice programmes. They are separated into two categories – the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers and the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers – allowing both large and small businesses and organisations to get the recognition they deserve.

The Top 100 table is for employers with 250+ employees and 10+ apprentices, while the Top 50 is for smaller employers with between 10 and 249 employees and three or more apprentices.

Employers are ranked on their overall commitment to employing apprentices, the diversity of their apprentices and whether their apprentices achieve successful outcomes. Genuine peer-to-peer reviews left by apprentices themselves is also among the core criteria for this year’s rankings.

Co-delivered by the UK government and career platform Higherin (previously called RateMyApprenticeship), the final rankings for 2026 will be announced during a live broadcast event this summer. This event will include insights from the Government and industry leaders, reflections on the year’s rankings, as well as the official reveal of the employers ranked in both lists.
