From Paper to Digital: How JGA Group Improved Quality and Cut Costs with Onefile

The Challenge

We wanted our apprenticeship programme to be completely paperless and give tutors, assessors, internal and external verifiers the freedom to remotely access learners’ portfolios. We started using Onefile in March 2011 and now use it for all learners on apprenticeships and short courses.

When we were inspected by Ofsted, the inspector praised our implementation of the ILP on Onefile. External verifiers from our awarding organisations are now very familiar with the platform, and we’ve had remote EV visits. Inspectors and verifiers trust the information because the system is so transparent.
